Many of our guests return to our cottage regularly. They praise the location and tranquility of it. And of course the fact that the village of Renesse with all its shops and cosiness is a 5-minute walk away and the North Sea beach and dunes are less than 10 minutes away. Dogs are welcome with us at no extra cost with an enclosed garden.

Location on a small quiet park. Spacious garden 700 m2 with privacy. Parking on site. Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Two full bedrooms.

Renesse is located on the west coast of the island of Schouwen-Duiveland and is a popular holiday resort.

Renesse is located in an area with forest, dunes, polder and natural beach, lots of beach. Both the North Sea and Lake Grevelingen are a very short distance away. And the climate? Wonderful, if the sun shines anywhere in the Netherlands, it is on the west coast of Schouwen-Duiveland.

We do not rent to groups of young people and young people under the age of 22.

We have been in possession of the holiday home de Den since 1998. We and our family come here with great pleasure.
The wide quiet beach is really beautiful for long walking and/or cycling trips. There are several nature reserves.
In the season we also like to let others enjoy our house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation.

The costs in the event of cancellation by the tenant are:

* In case of cancellation up to the 29th calendar day before the day of arrival: € 100, -

* In case of cancellation from the 28th calendar day to the day of arrival: 100% of the rent; unless rental can still take place (in which case the cancellation costs consist of € 100 plus the lost rent)
