We have therefore decorated all our houses for you in a cozy Christmas atmosphere from December 11 to January 8.
Because how wonderful it is to come home after a nice walk on the beach

All our houses have been completely renovated so that our guests can enjoy carefree and luxurious. So feel welcome!

This semi-detached villa has 2 nice conservatories. This makes it an extremely light house. One conservatory houses the kitchen and the other houses the living room.
Children always find the tower super fun! From the top there is a view all the way to the dunes.

The house is located at Noordzee Residence de Banjaard. There is a restaurant, shop and various other fun activities and facilities at the park. Use of the swimming pool is not included in the rent (due to changed regulations).

Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: 15% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellation from 90 days to 28 days before check-in: tenant owes a deposit of 30%.
Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before check-in: tenant owes 50%.
Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: tenant owes 100% of the total amount.
In case of no show or early departure: tenant owes the full rental amount.
In case of cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.
