The house is located at Noordzee Residence de Banjaard. There is a restaurant, shop and various other fun activities and facilities at the park. Use of the swimming pool is not included in the rent (due to changed regulations).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: 15% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellation from 90 days to 28 days before check-in: tenant owes a deposit of 30%.
Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before check-in: tenant owes 50%.
Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: tenant owes 100% of the total amount.
In case of no show or early departure: tenant owes the full rental amount.
In case of cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.
