This complete house is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The holiday home is fully equipped. The spacious living room, located on the first floor, has doors to the balcony with a beautiful unobstructed view over the countryside, a complete sitting area and television. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, fridge and freezer. There is free Wifi / WLAN. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor with a total of 6 beds: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (box spring) and 1 cot, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (box spring). The house has 1 bathroom with walk-in shower (rain shower) and double sink, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and on the upper floor there is a separate toilet. A high chair and bath is available. The beds are made upon arrival and there are plenty of bath towels and kitchen linen available. The house has a lovely terrace with a complete terrace set, adjacent to a spacious lawn. There is also a storage room with washing machine and dryer. You can put your bicycles in the shed in the garden shed. It is also possible to bring your own boat. Close to the house, in the harbor of Roompot Beach Resort, there is a drop-off point to launch your boat. The property has ample parking and an enclosed garden. Smoking is prohibited and you are not allowed to bring pets. Also only suitable for family and family holidays, no groups of young people and migrant workers.
