The villa is very attractively furnished for 5 people.

On the ground floor: entrance, sitting room with fireplace and dining room with French doors to the garden. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV (digital reception, also from radio channels), CD/DVD player, DVDs, games, etc. In the very beautiful conservatory you can enjoy a magnificent view of the garden and the dunes. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. For those who love it, there is also a Nespresso coffee machine! In the adjoining utility room there is a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board and a combi microwave. The house also has a wireless internet connection. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a (master) bedroom with a 2-person box spring (210cm length), an extra television and a well-stocked bookcase (including Kluun, John Grisham, Tessa de Loo, Herman Koch). Finally, here is the bathroom with toilet, washbasin and spacious shower.

On the first floor: bedroom with 2-person box spring (200cm length), bedroom with 1-bed with the possibility to place a baby bed. On the first floor there is an extra toilet with washbasin. On request are available free of charge: baby bed, high chair, playpen, changing mat and stair gate.

In the barn you will find bicycles, a wagon and the necessary outdoor toys.
A maximum of 2 pets are welcome, in consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, a fee is due. This amounts to:

- in case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before the agreed day of arrival: 25% of the agreed price

- in case of cancellation less than 8 weeks before the agreed day of arrival: 100% of the agreed price
