For you, the left part has been converted into a beautiful holiday home for 6 people, where you can stay and enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy cycling between the polders and the Zeeland coast with the cleanest beach in the Netherlands 11 km away. Enjoy a snack and a drink in the picturesque village of Ijzendijke. Valkeniershof is less than 300 meters away, where you can attend beautiful bird of prey demonstrations. The Zwin, Cadzand, Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp and Terneuzen are all nearby and worth a visit.
Enjoy the summer in the backyard and in the winter by the fireplace in the conservatory or in the living room. In Zeeuws-Vlaanderen you will find plenty of nice shops and in the summer months lively evening markets and fairs are organized in many seaside resorts. Nature lovers can indulge themselves in Zeeland Flanders. The nature reserves the Verdronken Land van Saefthinge, the Zwin and the Braakman form the ideal environment for beautiful walking and cycling trips.

Originally we come from the Randstad, but for years we had the dream ever to land in Zeeland. What you can expect from us:
*In the kitchen is available: 1 towel, 1 tea towel, a dishcloth and scouring pad.
*All beds are neatly made for you before your arrival. You do not have to remove the beds.
*We attach great importance to a clean house and pay a lot of attention to it, so everything is neat, clean and fresh.
* There are some ingredients ready to make the first few cups of coffee.
* We are ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Are you missing something or have you forgotten something? Please let us know, we are happy to help you.
*You must bring your own (bath) towels and tea towels
We expect you to:
* Handles the items and the property as if it were your property.
* Leaves the house neat and clean . For the charged cleaning costs, we clean for 4 hours. If we do not succeed in getting everything neat/clean/fresh again, the costs must be deducted from the deposit.
*No smoking in the house or in the conservatory.
*Are quiet between 22:00 and 7:00 / do not cause any noise nuisance
*The house is not used for parties.
*Check-out at 10:00
In case of loss of the house keys, we are forced to charge 75 euros.
Cancellation is only possible up to 3 days after making the reservation. Provided that the reservation is away for at least 2 weeks.
