A luxury holiday home with every comfort in a unique location in Cadzand-Bad! A short walk from the beach, our farm has been located at the entrance of this beautiful seaside resort since 1617. Since 2020, two houses under one roof have been located on the location of the former carriage house. The whole is built and furnished in a warm, rural style with various oak elements that give the atmospheric feeling of the former wagon shed. The house is non-smoking, spacious, comfortable, fully equipped and finished with high-quality materials. From the top floor of the house you have beautiful views of the nearby golf course and the fields behind.

Hoeve Cezant is located at the entrance of Cadzand-Bad, making it less than a 5-minute walk to the wide sandy beaches. The Zwin nature reserve is only 3 kilometers away. The area extends over a coastal length of approximately 2.3 km in the Dutch-Belgian border area. In the zwingeul you can find ancient shark teeth. The Zwarte Polder, which was built in 1623, is 3 km away. This polder flooded in 1802 and was thus called the Verdronken Zwarte polder. Part of it was re-diked: this is now the adjacent Herdijkte Zwarte Polder, now also a nature reserve. In the immediate vicinity of Hoeve Cezant you can also enjoy cycling on quiet, narrow polder roads, through the agricultural landscape of West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen with its numerous picturesque villages.

We are Jacco and Mariska and we live in this beautiful spot in Cadzand! The farm has been in Jacco's family for many generations and we have continued this together for several years. Over the years, more and more recreational developments have been added in addition to arable farming. In 2019 we started the construction of these holiday homes, in which we would like to return the characteristic elements of the former carriage house.
