The living room has a sofa and 2 armchairs. Coffee table and TV furniture. PVC floor (concrete look). French doors to terrace and garden. Recently fitted with HR++ glass and new doors. The back has been repainted, the front of the building still needs to be done.

Round dining table made of sturdy black glass. 4 Leather seats. There are extra chairs in the bedroom. The living room also has a display cabinet (industrial look).
On one side of the terrace is a large dining table where you can sit with 6 people. The lawn is for shared use of all apartments. But this is rarely used by the other residents. Also a sun bed and Weber bbq available.
Bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedside tables with lamps. Separate wardrobe. French doors to terrace and garden.
Room with 1 bed. Separate wardrobe. Under the bed 2 drawers, with some games and other things. There is also an electrically inflatable mattress in the closet for when there is an extra guest. Bedside table and lamp.
Bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with lamp. Door to the terrace and garden.
Separate kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and combi microwave (manual available)
Long corridor that gives access to the living room, 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and the kitchen
On the other side of the terrace, a lovely lounge sofa with cushions + coffee tables in a concrete look. Also an extra bench. There are 2 smaller parasol bases and 1 large parasol base on the terrace, in the larger bedroom the parasols are under the bed. Lounger is under sofa outside.
Compact bathroom with shower, sink and mirror cabinet, hanging toilet and towel radiator.

Room with washing machine and dryer. These devices may be used by all apartments.

1st floor (loft) overlooks the meadow. There are 2 single beds. With beautiful panoramic views over the meadow and fruit trees

The cottage is surrounded by standard fruit trees that you can pick from when it's time. Apples, pears, plums, cherries
Welcome to de Appel!
In spring and summer it is wonderful to sit outside under the parasol. The table is an old millstone.
