Holiday home on Park Schoneveld for six people with enclosed garden with terrace and next to the beautiful ‘Waterdunen’ nature park. The house has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single beds and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. From the open-plan kitchen - sitting room - living room you have a view of the garden. Through the garden doors you have access to the enclosed garden, where the children can play freely while you relax on the terrace. The washing machine and dryer are in the indoor shed. You can park directly at the house in the private parking. Take a walk on the beach or in the nearby ‘Waterdunen’ nature park, or take a lovely bike ride in the Zeeland polders or along the coast.

In the bustling fishing village of Breskens, you can enjoy the terraces of various restaurants or take a stroll along the harbour. Breskens is also a great base for many excursions. Think about a day in historic Bruges or a day in Ghent or Middelburg. Beautiful cities that you certainly must have seen.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Towels / bed linen are optional. You can rent it from us or bring your own.

Deposit is € 150,-. This will be refunded within 1 week after departure if the house has been left in good condition.

Costs for a dog are € 30 for the entire stay.

Cancelling or changing the agreement:

It may happen that the holiday has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the tenant must inform us by e-mail. In most cases, there are costs associated with a cancellation or change. After cancellation, the tenant will receive a cancellation note. The administration fee for a cancellation/change is 45 euros. In addition to these costs, the tenant owes the following costs:

If cancelled up to 1 month before arrival: free cancellation.
In case of cancellation from 1 month to the day of arrival or later: 100% of the invoice amount

For nature lovers, Waterdunen is also recommended: a unique nature reserve where sea, birds and landscape come together.
