From the house it is a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and the sea. There are also cozy restaurants on the beach.

The house is completely surrounded by trees and lawns and is very private.

On the ground floor is a spacious hall, a bright spacious sitting room, open kitchen and dining area.
There are 2 terraces with garden-dining table, chairs and a parasol.

The kitchen has an island, induction stove with built-in extractor, refrigerator & separate freezer & combi microwave.

The house can accommodate 7 people.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed. Here is also a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and sink.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the walk-in closet with hanging and storage options.
On the 1st floor are 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds & 1 bedroom with 1 bed.
There are also 2 showers with a sink on the 1st floor. Here is also the 3rd toilet.

The entire house is equipped with central heating.

You can park your car(s) safely on site.

It is a 25-minute walk to the center of Cadzand, through the dunes. By bike 10 minutes and by car 5 minutes.

In Cadzand you will find many terraces, restaurants, shops, a supermarket and an ATM.

Rental prices include gas, water & electricity and use of Wi-Fi.

Excluding the final cleaning (100 euros, mandatory) & tourist tax 1.55 euros p.p.p.n, is mandatory.

You can rent sheets and towel packages (10 euros p.p.).
You must specify this when booking, so that the packages are ready upon arrival.
If you bring your own sheets and towels, these costs will of course not be charged.
Beds are not made.

Tea towels, kitchen towels and cleaning cloths are in stock.

Check in from 4.30 pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
