Petitville is a holiday home in the middle of the wooded village of Austerlitz on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The house is part of a larger building. The current owners, Huub Pragt and Joke Kleijweg, have converted and renovated this building into three independent homes. The middle house of this is vacation home Petitville.

The house has two floors and is fully equipped. It has a fast and well-functioning Wi-Fi network. There is a toilet on the ground floor. The living room has underfloor heating and a TV. In addition, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, including a four-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, a combi oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine and an electric kettle are also provided. The south-facing garden is accessible through the patio doors in the living room.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, equipped with electric radiators. One bedroom has a double bed. The second sleeping place is located in the loft of the study. This sleeping area, located under the ridge of the house, is equipped with two made-up mattress beds. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a toilet and a sink.

The minimum stay is two nights. A reservation for a stay in Petitville can be made for up to four people.

We are Joke Kleijweg and Huub Pragt, hostess and host. We really enjoy our renovated house in the wooded area of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. We have an obedient sweet dog Maite with whom we walk and run a lot in the woods. We are not only the landlords of the holiday home Petitville, but we will also be your immediate neighbors for a while. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our holiday home Petitville.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental price
The costs for a stay in Petitville are € 160 per night, for two people. For each additional person, a surcharge of € 25 per night will be charged. These amounts do not include tourist tax of € 2.45 per person per night and a one-time cleaning fee of € 52 after your departure,-.

We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount to be paid within seven days after we have sent you confirmation of your reservation. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation. If you make a reservation less than three weeks before your day of arrival, you must pay the total amount to us.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event that you want to cancel your reservation, we apply the following cancellation costs:

In case of cancellation up to the^42nd day before the day of arrival: the deposit.
In case of cancellation from the^42nd day to the 28th^{day before} the day of arrival: 35% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation from the 28th^{day to} the 21st^{day before} the day of arrival: 40% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation from the^21st day to the 14th^{day before} the day of arrival: 50% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation from the 14th^{day to} the 5th^day before the day of arrival: 75% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation from^the 5th day to the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the total amount.

No refund will be made in the event of an early departure from the holiday home. You must always inform us of a cancellation by e-mail. The amount due to you will then be transferred to you as soon as possible.

The village of Austerlitz is surrounded by the forests of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The holiday home Petitville is only 200 metres from the forest. The vast and varied forest area has a large number of hiking trails on well-maintained hiking trails. In addition, Austerlitz is known for its beautiful mountain bike trails. Mountain bikes can be rented at MTB Center Austerlitz.
Austerlitz is mainly known for the 'Pyramid of Austerlitz'.
