Petitville is a holiday home in the middle of the wooded village of Austerlitz on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The house is part of a larger building. The current owners, Huub Pragt and Joke Kleijweg, have converted and renovated this building into three independent homes. The middle house of this is vacation home Petitville.
The house has two floors and is fully equipped. It has a fast and well-functioning Wi-Fi network. There is a toilet on the ground floor. The living room has underfloor heating and a TV. In addition, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, including a four-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, a combi oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine and an electric kettle are also provided. The south-facing garden is accessible through the patio doors in the living room.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, equipped with electric radiators. One bedroom has a double bed. The second sleeping place is located in the loft of the study. This sleeping area, located under the ridge of the house, is equipped with two made-up mattress beds. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a toilet and a sink.
The minimum stay is two nights. A reservation for a stay in Petitville can be made for up to four people.
