Through your own entrance you step into the bright living room, furnished with a cozy sitting area by the fireplace. This is the place to play a game together in the evening, grab a book or relax with a cup of coffee. The sitting area is equipped for 4 people as standard.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay: a dishwasher, combi microwave, electric hob, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a complete inventory for 6 people.
On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with two single beds and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. From the living room you walk directly onto the terrace, with a terrace table and chairs and a view of the green park. Perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a drink at the end of the day.
Cool and comfortable basement
In the basement (the ground floor with daylight) there are two spacious bedrooms, both with two single beds. One bedroom has extra long beds (80 × 210 cm). Thanks to central heating and air conditioning, this is a nice, constant temperature zone in every season.
The basement also has practical facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, ironing board and iron. Ideal for longer stays or guests with children. Some of this type are equipped with a second toilet with sink. You can reserve these on request.
In total, the house has three bedrooms with sleeping space for 6 people. The living room is optimally equipped for 4 people; Additional chairs can be placed on request.

The upper part of the house is rented separately to a maximum of two people and has a completely private entrance via an external staircase. This gives everyone their own privacy and living space.
