Dream away in Breukelen
A stay at Droomvilla Waterstaete Villa is a dream come true! The location of this house could not be better, you can dive into the water from your terrace, throw out your fishing rod or get into your boat. The villa is suitable for 6 people and has a very spacious, sunny terrace on the water, but it is also nice and spacious and cozy inside, if the sun does not show itself. You can rent a boat or bicycle on location and for the children there is a horizontal bar and a swing in the park. There is a lot to discover in the vicinity of Breukelen, but the location of this Dream Villa is also ideal for trips into nature or to the cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht.
Layout holiday home
On the ground floor is the bright living room with a cozy, comfortable sitting area, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Through the patio doors you can step onto the terrace where you can find various seating areas in the form of a picnic table, a lounge set and adjustable chairs. For hot days there is an awning and a parasol. There is a separate toilet in the hall.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds that are next to each other, in the second bedroom the single beds are separate from each other. The spacious bathroom with sink, shower and toilet is also located on this floor. The third bedroom is located in the guest house 3 meters away from the house.
In the guest house is a bedroom with two single beds and next to the bedroom is a large storage room with a sink. There is no toilet in the guesthouse and to reach the guesthouse, you have to descend 3 steps.
Surroundings
The Gooi and Vecht region is known for its banks full of heritage, old forts, the wide lakes, picturesque villages such as Breukelen, Maarssen and Huizen, protected nature reserves but also sand drifts, forests and heaths. The area is ideal for cycling, walking and boating, but also for a day of relaxing on or by the water. The small-scale holiday park is located directly on the Loosdrechtse Plassen, strategically located between the cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht. The Loosdrechtse Plassen are very suitable for water sports. Almost all lakes are accessible to pleasure boats, but you can also swim, fish and paddle board here. Due to the many marinas, shops and restaurants, the Loosdrechtse Plassen are a lively recreational area.
Good to know
- The third bedroom is located in the guest house, here is a sink but no toilet
- To reach the guesthouse, you have to descend 3 steps
- The guest house also has a storage room with the washing machine and dryer and the cushions of the garden furniture are stored here
- It is a small-scale park so groups of young people, parties and celebrations are not allowed
- There is 1 parking space available, costs for a second parking space €4 per day, limited availability
- You can bring your own boat, maximum length 7 meters, costs of launching € 75, reservation in advance is required
- Fishing is only allowed from the private terrace, in winter (1 Nov - 1 April) fishing is also allowed at the end of the harbour. Please note, a fishing license is required!
