The house is located on the Bergvliet estate with an 18-hole golf course and wellness resort Spa One. It is not part of the Bergvliet recreation park. The large windows provide a nice view of the terrace and the rural surroundings. From home you can make beautiful walking or cycling trips on the Vrachelse heath.
And do you want to do something active? A visit to the Burgundian city of Breda, the Efteling or a boat trip in the Biesbosch National Park offer a nice change. You enter the house through a key safe. The entire house is all on one level and has a cast floor with underfloor heating.
Ground floor
Entrance with wardrobe and toilet. The living room has a modern interior with modern furniture such as a lovely lounge sofa, fireplace, widescreen TV and music system.
There is a glass front over the entire length and the living room is wonderfully light. When the weather is nice, the doors can be opened. Open kitchen with concrete worktop, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, Nespresso machine (bring your own cups), Quooker. Dining table with 4 chairs.
Bedroom with double bed and safe. Bathroom with walk-in (rain) shower and double sink and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom is accessible via the terrace and is located in a separate room. This has a twin bed (single mattresses and duvets) and hanging/laying space for your clothes. Bathroom with walk-in (rain) shower and double sink and toilet.
Storage room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Small freezer. Enclosed garden with seating and hot tub (wood for a fee). Only electric barbecue allowed (bring your own).
For reasons of tranquillity, the house is not rented to young people < 30 years old. This location may not be used for parties, film or video recordings or other commercial purposes without consultation. In case of violation, a fine of € 3000 per day will be charged.
