The Tiny House on Kogerstrand is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. It is in a beautiful location, surrounded by dunes and with a magnificent view. The beach is within walking distance.

The Tiny House is suitable for two people and has a bedroom with two fixed beds, which are already made for you on arrival. In the living room you will find a table with two chairs, two comfortable armchairs and a kitchenette with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator.

When the weather is nice, you can sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. For showering, you can use the nearby sanitary building. The campsite is car-free; You can park your car in the central parking lot.

Payment terms

1. Arrival date within 2 weeks of booking date

Instant payment within 24 hours

2. Arrival date within 6 weeks of booking date

Payment date within 14 days

3. Arrival date further away than 6 weeks after booking date

Instalment payment of 2 instalments

First installment payment 50% total amount within 2 weeks after reservation date
Second installment payment 50% total amount up to 6 weeks before arrival

A cancellation will continue in accordance with the Recron conditions

Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival – 15% of the agreed rent
Cancellation within 2 – 3 months before arrival – 50% of the agreed rent
Cancellation within 2 to 1 month before arrival – 75% of the agreed rent
Cancellation within 1 month before arrival – 90% of the agreed rent
Cancellation on the day of arrival – 100% of the agreed rent

In case of cancellation, an administration fee of €28.90 will be charged
