The Tiny House on Kogerstrand is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. It is in a beautiful location, surrounded by dunes and with a magnificent view. The beach is within walking distance.

The Tiny House is suitable for four people and has a bedroom with two fixed beds, which are already made for you upon arrival. In the living room you will find a table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa and a kitchenette with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator.

When the weather is nice, you can sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. For showering, you can use the nearby sanitary building. The campsite is car-free; You can park your car in the central parking lot.

Thanks to its location near the forest and the North Sea beach, you will stay in the middle of the dunes, surrounded by nature.

Payment terms

1. Arrival date within 2 weeks of booking date

Instant payment within 24 hours

2. Arrival date within 6 weeks of booking date

Payment date within 14 days

3. Arrival date further away than 6 weeks after booking date

Instalment payment of 2 instalments

First installment payment 50% total amount within 2 weeks after reservation date
Second installment payment 50% total amount up to 6 weeks before arrival

A cancellation will continue in accordance with the Recron conditions

Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival – 15% of the agreed rent
Cancellation within 2 – 3 months before arrival – 50% of the agreed rent
Cancellation within 2 to 1 month before arrival – 75% of the agreed rent
Cancellation within 1 month before arrival – 90% of the agreed rent
Cancellation on the day of arrival – 100% of the agreed rent

In case of cancellation, an administration fee of €28.90 will be charged
