This brand new chalet (Feb 2024) is located on the edge of the Dunes of Texel National Park between Den Burg and De Koog at Holiday Park De Bremakker with a central location on the Wadden Island of Texel. In the Pines and with the beach less than 2 km away, it offers the perfect base for a relaxing and active holiday!

The accommodation is suitable for up to 4 people and has two bedrooms, one with a spacious double bed (160 x 210 cm) and one with two single beds, a modern bathroom with rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen and attractively decorated living room with comfortable sitting area and smart TV. Through the double doors you enter the terrace in the garden with comfortable lounge set and picnic table.

We are Ruben and Sanne, both born and raised on Texel but now living in Vleuten with our son Sem and daughter Yara.
With some regularity we travel to the island for family visits and the wonderful freedom. Now that we have our own place with this lovely chalet, it is extra enjoyable.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent. For last minute bookings, we agree on the cancellation conditions in mutual consultation.
