Welcome to chalet 'Zeebries' located at Holiday Park De Bremakker (Bosveld 140) on the Wadden Island of Texel.

This brand new chalet (Feb 2024) is located on the edge of the Dunes of Texel National Park between Den Burg and De Koog at Holiday Park De Bremakker with a central location on the Wadden Island of Texel. In the Pines and with the beach less than 2 km away, it offers the perfect base for a relaxing and active holiday!

The accommodation is suitable for up to 4 people and has two bedrooms, one with a spacious double bed (160 x 210 cm) and one with two single beds, a modern bathroom with rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen and attractively decorated living room with comfortable sitting area and smart TV. Through the double doors you enter the terrace in the garden with comfortable lounge set and picnic table.

We are Ruben and Sanne, both born and raised on Texel but now living in Vleuten with our son Sem and daughter Yara.
With some regularity we travel to the island for family visits and the wonderful freedom. Now that we have our own place with this lovely chalet, it is extra enjoyable.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price. In the case of last minute bookings, we agree on the cancellation conditions in mutual consultation.
