Our detached luxury villa 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 sun terraces and unobstructed views is located in the north of Texel. Large enclosed garden with lounge set, long dining tables and BBQ. Fantastic panoramic views, lots of privacy and private playground equipment. Luxury kitchen with dishwasher, oven, nespresso, washing machine, dryer. Living room with fireplace and free wifi. We are the proud owners of this holiday home on Texel. We bought this large holiday home because of its location and luxury, but also to be able to spend a pleasant weekend with friends. All children love the large garden with playground equipment and we enjoy the panoramic view at the bbq or relax in the sauna. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

- in case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;
- in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;
- in case of cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;
- in case of cancellation within one month up to and including the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price;

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

The tenant must adhere to the rules stated in the park regulations of holiday park De Krim and the general terms and conditions of texel-vakantiehuisje .nl You can request these from the landlord.
