Welcome to our unique home that was completely renovated in 2020 into a modern urban loft apartment with a completely new interior from 2026. It feels like you're always on holiday here, but with all the amenities of a city within easy reach.
Important to know: because we are staying abroad, we are looking for a serious tenant who can also take care of our three cats. Minimum stay is therefore also 60 consecutive days.
The loft
Behind the façade of this historic building is a recently renovated ground floor apartment (125 m²) with the allure of a luxury loft. With ceiling heights of up to 5 meters, robust wooden beams, an original brick wall and large backyard, you will experience the ultimate holiday feeling in the middle of the city.
Downstairs
The living space extends over no less than 17 meters with underfloor heating. Here you will find the sleek kitchen island with bar chairs, a long dining table and cozy bright living room with large comfortable sofa. Adjacent to the living space is the office space, ideal for working from home.

Via a stylish staircase you reach the loft with the spacious master bedroom (box spring with two mattresses, total 220 x 180), which overlooks the living space downstairs. The combination of steel, glass and the high ceiling gives a real hotel feeling here. On the first floor you will also find the luxurious bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and double sink.
Outside
The large garden is a rarity in Rotterdam. With different seating areas, you can always stay here. Please note that the swimming pool will be closed!
The area
You will stay in the popular, quiet Rotterdam North, a characteristic neighborhood full of green avenues and historic buildings. A few minutes' walk will take you to the bustling Oude Noorden (Zwaanshals, Zaagmolenkade, Noordplein) full of trendy coffee shops, boutiques and fantastic restaurants and cafes.
Accessibility
Central Station / City Center: 10 minutes by bike or a short tram ride. Roads close by if you come by car.
