Fully equipped wooden cottage for 1 to 4 people with 2 bedrooms. Spacious, bright living room with open kitchen, dining table and sitting area with patio doors to the terrace. The interior is in the style of the house, which was built in the fifties. Simple but sufficient facilities are available.

In the barn there are bicycles and sun loungers that you can use. The garden offers a lot of privacy due to trees and plants. The cottage is located on recreation area Het Oude Nieuwland, a quiet and attractive park, where each cottage is unique. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, the cozy center of Ouddorp is a 10-minute bike ride away. The De Kwade Hoek nature reserve is also within cycling distance.

We only rent out the cottage for a few weeks a year, the rest of the season we like to use it ourselves. We ask you to bring your own linen and leave the cottage clean for the next tenant afterwards.

Our parents bought Intermezzo in 1956, so we've been coming there for as long as we can remember. Over the years, the house has been expanded and refurbished, but the original atmosphere has been preserved. We never get bored of Ouddorp and the dunes, It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cleaning costs are not charged, because you clean the cottage yourself.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs:

- 30% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before

start date of the rental period;

- 40% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 4 weeks but

no longer than 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period;

- 50% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 2 weeks but not

more than 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period;

- 90% of the rental price for cancellations from 1 day but no longer

than 2 weeks before the start date of the rental period

- 100% of the rental price in case of cancellation on the start date of the

rental period.
