Then our guesthouse in Ouddorp is really something for you, close to the seaside resorts of Renesse and Haamstede, not to mention the oh-so-beautiful Brouwersdam with the largest saltwater lake in Europe on one side and the North Sea on the other, just the thing for you. .

When you enter the holiday home you will find a more luxurious atmosphere. The house is sustainably built, giving it a natural and robust appearance. You can enjoy it here at any time of the year. Come home after a lovely walk on the beach, prepare dinner in peace and enjoy the beautiful day on the sunny terrace. Or relax during the sunny summer days in the large garden and relax in the shade under the large parasol, where you will also be perfectly dry during bad weather.
Or enjoy an evening of stargazing in the lovely jacuzzi with a cold glass of wine from the wine cooler.

The luxurious, trendy bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The outdoor shower offers a solution if you want to rinse everything off after a beautiful day at the beach. In this home you can enjoy the ultimate outdoor life in combination with the wonderful comfort of the luxurious home. Booking dates are set to midweek, weekend or whole weeks, if you have a different question/date, please do not hesitate to send me an email.

We have been living in our beautiful place in Ouddorp for over 7 years and still enjoy this cozy village with its fine shops, the beautiful beach and the beautiful nature in our immediate vicinity.
With us you can literally hear the sea rustling in the garden, who wouldn't want that?

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
