Then visit our luxury holiday home with a private beach and a beautiful view of the lake and forest in Westerhaar. Who wouldn't want to wake up in the morning with a view over the still water with a beautiful green forest strip?

This architecturally designed, detached holiday villa is situated in a very quiet location, right on the water and has a private beach. You can enjoy and relax here in summer and winter because of the unique view over the water, which immediately gives you a holiday feeling. In the summer you can swim and in the winter you can step directly from the garden onto the ice. On the terrace you can enjoy lounging on the lounge sofas.

An MTB track has been constructed in the park for the avid cyclist and you can use the facilities of Landal Park De Vlegge (including playground equipment and a number of tennis courts). The lake is excellent fishing water. For trips into nature, nice towns and villages and other recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity of this Salland-Twente border area, we have further useful information available in the house.

The holiday home is suitable for 6 persons. Due to an earlier incident, groups of young people are not allowed. The interior is attractive, comfortable and fully equipped. A cot and high chair are also provided. A workplace has also been furnished with fiber optic internet and an adjustable desk with monitor for those who also need to be able to work from home.

The architecture of the house has been tailored as much as possible by the designer and previous owner Johan van der Woude to the beautiful surroundings of water and forests. The interior is fully equipped. It has become a place where we have a holiday feeling as soon as we arrive and where we feel very much at home. We have every confidence that this also applies to our guests.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A week is from Friday 16.00 to Friday 10.00.
Midweek is from Monday 16.00 to Friday 10.00.
Weekend is from Friday 16.00 to Monday 10.00.

Different check-in and check-out days for special holidays, weekends in consultation. Bed linen is included in the rental price. We ask our guests to bring their own bath and kitchen linen. If desired, these can optionally be booked for 5€ per set/person.

In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation from 6 weeks to 3 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation from 3 weeks to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation due to tightened Corona regulations of the government, no extra costs will be charged. In that specific situation, you will receive your deposit back for the number of days that you have not been able to use the property.

A restaurant, a snack bar and leisure facilities such as a large playground and a tennis court are within walking distance. Near the house is a mountain bike route, ideal for a sports trip. In addition, use can be made of the facilities of the nearby holiday park.

Prefer a day out? There are also plenty of options in this area. The village Ootmarsum is highly recommended. And also the Veenmuseum. It is fun shopping in Hengelo and Enschede. For hikers and nature lovers, the nearby nature reserve 'the Engbertsdijksvenen' is ideal. You can reach Hellendoorn Adventure Park within 20 minutes. Almelo and Hardenberg are also worth a visit. An ideal location for all seasons!
