This architecturally designed, detached holiday villa is situated in a very quiet location, right on the water and has a private beach. You can enjoy and relax here in summer and winter because of the unique view over the water, which immediately gives you a holiday feeling. In the summer you can swim and in the winter you can step directly from the garden onto the ice. On the terrace you can enjoy lounging on the lounge sofas.
An MTB track has been constructed in the park for the avid cyclist and you can use the facilities of Landal Park De Vlegge (including playground equipment and a number of tennis courts). The lake is excellent fishing water. For trips into nature, nice towns and villages and other recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity of this Salland-Twente border area, we have further useful information available in the house.
The holiday home is suitable for 6 persons. Due to an earlier incident, groups of young people are not allowed. The interior is attractive, comfortable and fully equipped. A cot and high chair are also provided. A workplace has also been furnished with fiber optic internet and an adjustable desk with monitor for those who also need to be able to work from home.
