Waking up to the sounds of the birds and nature. In a wooded area with beautiful walking and cycling routes. In the heart of the Vechtdal with forests, heathland, sand drifts and rivers and close to the picturesque Ommen with its terraces and restaurants.
That brings guests to our forest cottage located in a quiet place with plenty of privacy. The décor is cozy, fully equipped and with a wood stove for warmth
The living area consists of the living room with a soapstone wood stove, open plan kitchen and dining area. The large glass fronts to the ground provide the connection with the outside.
Behind a sliding door is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom and the separate toilet in the hall.
On the loft is the 2nd bedroom, with two 1-person beds that you can also slide together.
For the wood stove you can use the available logs for free.
The swivel TV is equipped with a (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast with which you can stream from your phone. Stream music to a Harman Kardon room speaker.
Bed linen and towels can be brought along or if you want to be taken care of, there are beds made on arrival and clean, fresh towels (15 Euro p.p. fee to be paid on the spot).
Duvets are 140 by 200 cm.
Mattress in the bedroom on the ground floor has dimensions of 160x200x30 cm.
The 2nd bedroom is located on the mezzanine and has two mattresses of 80x200x30 cm.
The 2nd bedroom has limited headroom. The stairs to it are somewhat steep and are not equipped with a safety gate.
The cottage is therefore not suitable for families with small children. It is of course suitable for a family with a baby. A camping cot is available.
