NEW.  from April 2025 again on the rental side.

Our holiday home, built in 2007, is fully equipped with a terrace on the north and south. The house has underfloor heating and this year we have renewed the bathroom. From 2007 to 2015 we have already gained a lot of experience with holiday rentals, but in 2015 we helped several villagers through temporary rentals. From April 4, 2025, we have received holiday guests again because we always liked it very much. That is why the entire house has been well taken care  of and the terraces have also been renewed. We have placed new furniture and provided the master bedroom with a 2.20 meter bed. All linen and mattresses are new and we still have the plan to install a charging station for electric cars. Layout: living room with open kitchen, large hall bathroom, separate toilet, and upstairs 3 bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. All kitchen equipment is new and complete there is a dishwasher, oven / microwave. The washing machine can be used in consultation. Of course there is a drying rack. If you are missing something , please let us know and we will solve it. There is a shed for the bicycles, of course with sufficient connections to charge  the batteries

With a view of the church towers of the village of Haaksbergen and on the edge of the Natura 2000 area, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the convenience of the cozy village a short distance away. The area is characterized by the presence of Buurser peat, neighbor sand, Haaksberger peat and the extensive Assinck forest and the proximity of the German border. The extensive cycling and walking areas invite you to go out every day. for children there is a tropical swimming pool and the Rutbeek.
Furthermore, one of the most beautiful Mountain bike routes in the Netherlands starts 100 meters from our house.
