Our "Huisje Arti" for 4 people offers you a very comfortable shelter that can be heated in one of the most beautiful walking and cycling areas in the Netherlands, the Vechtdal. Nearby sand drifts, heath, and the Vecht (30 min walk) and lakes with swimming options.
A cottage with 2 bedrooms, good beds (1x2p Auping 1.40 and 2x 1p 0.80 beds). Cozy and fully furnished, good kitchen, kitchen stuff, central heating, strong Wifi, a garden and a parking space at the cottage.
In the lazy sitting area of the living room a 3-person sofa and 2 chairs (including 1 stand-up chair) to relax. A dining/working table with 5 chairs.
In the park a tennis court (free) and an outdoor swimming pool.
Cottage Arti has a cozy, nice and quiet atmosphere, a living room with open kitchen with a dining table 5p..
In terms of furnishings, cottage Arti is fully equipped; 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and separate oven, good music system, strong safe Wifi, TV, music system, CDs and tapes, DVDs and reading, cooking & art books and some board games (monopoly, checkers, chess, card games)).
There is double glazing everywhere. In the summer there is mosquito net in front of the bedroom windows.

Park:
The chalet is located in a beautifully maintained quiet small park near Ommen. There is an all-weather tennis court and open air swimming pool with children's paddling pool.
Sleep:
It is wonderful to sleep in the quiet 2-person bedroom, a good Auping bed and Auping mattress 1.40cm.
In the other bedroom 2 separate good beds (2x 0.80 cm). Between the two bedrooms are the toilet and shower room with sink and washing machine. So in terms of sound, the cameras have privacy from each other.
Private garden:
There is a private garden around the house. In the garden you can always find a place with sun or shade. Many of our tenants are impressed by the many birds that can be seen and heard in the garden.
Good information in advance:
After payment you will receive a packing list by e-mail and further tips about the shops in the area, a walking and cycling map. The holiday area offers numerous cycling and walking routes. And you can plan your own tour with the map in advance.
Excellent hygiene:
Our guests have all been very satisfied with how clean the cottage is since we have a new mastered. So with great confidence we offer you our cozy comfortable cottage for rent.
Additional costs: The rental prices include gas and electricity. In addition, you pay the tourist tax, the final cleaning €50,-. Bed linen costs €3.50 per person.
Environment: In the immediate vicinity there are many other recreational opportunities in addition to walking and cycling paths and the gardens mentioned. In Ommen or Hardenberg (both about 6km) it is pleasant to stay. A trip to the zoo in Emmen or a day at the Slagharen amusement park. A day of golf. Castle visit. Museum de Fundatie in Zwolle. Or in winter the ice sculptures! Something for everyone. In the summer, the nearby forests are also great for swimming in the great outdoors. In the woods near the sand drifts, in the Vecht or in the recreational lake the Oldemeijer near Hardenberg. In the vicinity 2 famous ornamental gardens, the pond garden of Ada Hofman and the garden of landscape architect Mien Ruys (open spring, summer and autumn). With 50 min. cycling is located in Witharen at the gallery & large sculpture garden of Atelier Witharen.
The swimming pool at the park is unheated and only open in summer. This traditionally famous holiday region offers you a lot of choice, especially if you like walking and cycling. On the spot on paper information about the ornamental gardens and other trips.

Long stay: Renting longer than 1 month, outside the high season at € 31.50 per night is possible. Send me a message and I will temporarily adjust the booking price for you. Micazu does not allow long rental for an adjusted price as a separate option, so this must be specially arranged.
