In the conservatory there is a second seating area with a unique view over the meadows and the old river arm Olde Regge. There is also a bathroom with a hall and utility room.
On the first floor are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a double sink, shower, toilet and bathtub. On the landing is a large desk with a wide view over the meadows. A folding bed is also available for a 9th person.
In the basement there is the third bedroom and a recreation room with a bar, billiards and a second fireplace. Ideal for an enjoyable evening and playing games. The house is therefore very suitable for several families or large families.
There is ample parking space around the house. The house is surrounded by nature where squirrels, roe deer and many birds such as the kingfisher, spotted woodpecker, winter wren, swallows and many other species are frequent visitors. Ideal home to withdraw from the daily bustle and enjoy the tranquility of the area.
