Step inside our charming chalet, hidden in a beautiful wooded area on the edge of the campsite. With three terraces all around, you can enjoy nature all year round, choosing between sun rays or a cooling shade. In the cooler seasons, the central heating provides a comfortable warmth, so you always feel comfortable in our stay.
This child-friendly retreat offers a partially fenced garden, ideal for carefree play.

Inside you will find a cozy double bedroom with closet wall and a second bedroom with bunk beds. The spacious bathroom pampers you with a shower, sink and toilet, including a handy shower stool.

The open kitchen {2024} is equipped with everything you need, from a gas stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher, to a Senseo machine, while the dining table offers space for cozy meals. Relax in the comfortable sitting room with TV, surrounded by a cosy sofa and armchairs.

The storage room houses a washing machine, and extra storage space, while mosquito nets on the windows ensure fresh air without unwanted guests.

Outside, a handy shed with electricity awaits to safely store and charge your bikes. Discover the simple luxury of our fully equipped chalet, where every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay unforgettable.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Chalet Weltevree offers accommodation for up to four people.

In the low season you can rent the chalet for a weekend (Fri.-Mon.), midweek (Mon.-Fri.), or a whole week (Fri.-Fri.).

In the high season (Spring Holidays, Ascension Day-Pentecost, Easter, Autumn Holidays, Christmas & New Year's Eve) you can also opt for weekend, midweek or week rental.

In July and August, Chalet Weltevree can only be booked per week, with a maximum stay of 21 nights.

Different arrival and departure days can be selected around public holidays.

Check-in is possible from 16:00, check-out before 10:00.

The prices include bed linen, kitchen linen, environmental tax, gas, water, electricity and final cleaning (bring your own broom clean).

Exclusive

Tourist tax is €1.05 per person per night.
Deposit of €100
Park costs of €5.00 per person per night for the use of facilities such as the swimming pool.

Nanny Steinmeijer 09-02-21 17:46:25 A spacious chalet, nicely furnished, kitchen with plenty of crockery and pans, large refrigerator and 4 drawers in the freezer. Clean and tidy. Lots of closet space in the bedroom and indoor storage space with a washing machine. Nice bathroom, spacious and clean. Hall with coat rack and enough space for all shoes. It was a weekend with snow, but all areas can be kept warm. Beds sleep well, especially after an outdoor activity. Directly outside the campsite is the canal with a pull ferry to cross. 10 minutes walk through a path and then you can fish at Wild, even in winter. You can take everything you catch with you, but you can also buy cleaned fish. Fishing rods and accessories all for rent. It was a fun afternoon out. By bike or car you can quickly reach a 12th century monastery the Stift in Weerselo and a supermarket. The strong cold wind and snow have kept us from visiting Ootmarsum, the Springendal and 't Lutterzand are also beautiful nature reserves to explore, for the next time. Chalet is highly recommended to get away from it all.

Welcome to Chalet Weltevree! Discover the enchanting surroundings of Reutum and surroundings from our cozy chalet. Get on your bike or walk to the Almelo-Nordhorn canal for scenic trips to Oldenzaal (±7 km). Climb the imposing Plechelmus Tower and enjoy the breathtaking view!

Just a stone's throw away is the picturesque Ootmarsum (±7 km), known for its galleries and cozy streets. Don't forget to visit the open-air museum "Los hoes" for a dive into history!

Also explore the beautiful forest "het Springendal" with its breathtaking hiking trails and cycle paths. Let the natural beauty enchant you as you enjoy peace and serenity.

Within walking distance you will find Wild, where you can enjoy delicious fried fish or plan a relaxing fishing day.

For younger guests we recommend Playground Morskieft in Reutum, less than fifteen minutes away by car. Let them have fun in both indoor and outdoor activities!
