Beautiful luxury 4-person chalet in a prime location on a recreational pond in the Weerribben/Wieden nature reserve.

This detached chalet has a beautiful view of the pond, the large windows give you the opportunity to enjoy the outside as much as possible from an attractively decorated living room.
From this beautiful green and water-rich environment with beautiful cycling and walking routes, you can fully enjoy the peace and nature. Furthermore, there are canoe routes a short distance away and various places are close by, such as Steenwijk, Giethoorn, Lemmer, etc., but also the Drenthe forests and heathlands.
At the park you can use the super water slide that the Capfun parks are known for and the adjacent heated outdoor swimming pool.

This good-natured retired couple enjoys making their guests happy and letting them enjoy our beautiful chalet and the beautiful surroundings during their stay. The chalet was placed on the pond at the end of 2020 and has a modern and cozy appearance and a sunny spacious garden, in short, it is enjoyable.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant.

* cancellation more than 3 months before the rental period request is free of charge
* cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period 25% of the rental price
* cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price
* cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Chalet rental rate per night:
Low season 1-01 to 30-06 is € 95 per night (minimum 4 nights)
High season 1-07 to 31-08 is € 145 per night (minimum 7 nights)
Low season 1-09 to 31-12 is € 95 per night (minimum 4 nights)

Additional costs:
Final cleaning €50 per stay
Extra bed linen, towels for third and/or fourth person per stay.
