Our cosily furnished chalet has a lovely garden and a beautiful veranda where you can sit until late in the evening. This chalet is widely used by walkers and cyclists. There is ample space for bicycles in the lockable shed in the beautiful garden. Of course you can charge your E-bikes there. Hiking trails are ready in the chalet. Ootmarsum and Oldenzaal are a stone's throw away. A visit to Bad Bentheim or Münster a little further away is also definitely worth it. Guests appreciate the peace and privacy of our chalet. The location in the middle of nature and the many birds and squirrels continues to amaze.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
