Cozy, spacious and well-maintained holiday home on the edge of a small-scale 50+ holiday park, on a dirt road. From the cottage direct access to the beautiful "Springendal", an idyllic Natura 2000 area. Fully equipped, except a dishwasher and a bathtub. Surrounded by forest garden. Large, sheltered and partly covered veranda, so you can (continue to) sit comfortably outside even in bad weather. The price includes bed and bath linen, tourist tax, park costs, etc. Private parking at the holiday home. 2 km away from the friendly Ootmarsum with numerous amenities and recreational opportunities.

This house is a perfect base for walking and cycling trips in the vast border region of NE-Twente, where peace and space are still the most normal thing in the world. The cottage is located in the "Springendal". The area is also called "the garden of the Netherlands". In the wider area there is a variety of forest, heathland, bocage landscapes, friendly villages and well-maintained estates. Very diverse and exuberant flora and fauna. A concert of birds all day.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Basic price 95 Euro per night including bed and bath linen, final cleaning, tourist tax, etc.
In high season only rental per week (Friday/Friday). Holidays and public holidays different rate. Different times and duration, possibly in consultation with landlords.
From October to March, gas consumption is charged separately (1.5 euros m3).

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
