At the end of a cul-de-sac in a wooded area you will find our cottage Yocasa, located on a spacious plot. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet in nature with singing birds and squirrels jumping around.
The forest house has 8 skylights and due to the extensive use of the color white, it is wonderfully light inside even on less sunny days. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
There is 1 bedroom with a double bed with bed linen.
The bedroom has a sink with 2 towel sets.
There is a spacious shower and separate toilet with fountain.
The Portuguese kitchen has a 4-burner hob, dishwasher and oven. For coffee there is a Nespresso machine. There is also kitchen linen.
Outside, on the terrace, the veranda and the forest garden there are many seating options with both sun and shade. There are also lovely sunbeds and a hammock under the foliage of the trees to relax.
Yocasa is double glazed and fully insulated, making it comfortable in late autumn and winter. Then you will be surprised by the beautiful light inside and the squirrels outside.
In the immediate vicinity are beautiful hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails, both on the Holterberg and in the countryside. The Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are definitely worth a visit. Here you can shop, soak up culture and enjoy the many restaurants and cozy terraces.
