At the end of a dead-end path in a wooded area you will find our house Yocasa, located on a spacious plot. Here you can enjoy nature with singing birds and squirrels jumping around.

The forest house has four skylights and due to the extensive use of the color white, it is wonderfully light inside, even on less sunny days. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and bed linen.
Both bedrooms have their own sink with towel set.
There is a spacious shower and separate toilet with fountain.
The Portuguese kitchen is fully equipped. For coffee there is a Nespresso machine. There is also kitchen linen.

Outside, there are many seating options on the terrace, veranda and woodland garden with both sun and shade. There are also lovely sunbeds and a hammock to relax under the foliage of the trees.
Yocasa is equipped with double glazing and fully insulated, making it comfortable in late autumn and winter. Then you will be surprised by the beautiful light inside and the squirrels outside.

There are beautiful walking, cycling and mountain bike routes in the immediate vicinity, both on the Holterberg and in the countryside. The Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are definitely worth a visit. Here you can shop, experience culture and enjoy the many restaurants and cozy terraces.
