Holiday home de Posthof is located in the recreation area de Borkeld. It is not located on a park, but it is surrounded by many holiday homes.

Due to its beautiful location, there are several parks in the vicinity. The holiday home is located on a plot of almost 1,800 m² of land. At the rear is a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sun or shade all day long. While you enjoy the peace and quiet, the squirrels jump from tree to tree and you can undoubtedly spot many birds.

In the garden there is a trampoline for the children. The house is equipped with internet and television via fiber optic. The kitchen has a nespresso machine, gas stove with large oven, dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms have wardrobes and box spring beds. The compact bathroom has a rain shower. From the room you look through the patio doors on the terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view at any time of the day. In addition, a washing machine is at your disposal in the hall closet.

If you like cycling or walking, this is the ideal environment. The holiday home is located at the foot of the Holterberg which is part of the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. Here you can cycle and walk endlessly and enjoy the beautiful views in both the forest and the heath.

We currently rent this house contactless where check-in is possible from 10:00 am and check-out until 4:30 pm. This way you can fully enjoy all the days you have booked.

We're Giedo & Ninon. In 2019 we became proud owners of a holiday home on the Borkeld in Holten. After almost a year of renovation, we have this house in July 2020 in the rental. We hope to welcome many enthusiastic holidaymakers and provide a fantastic stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include bed linen.

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post, by email). The following rules apply: Deposits will be returned in the event of cancellation as follows. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your bank or insurer.

If cancelled up to 21 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rent will be charged.
In case of cancellation from the^21st day (inclusive) to the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due.

By paying the deposit, the tenant indicates that he fully agrees with the above mentioned conditions.
