Apartment

In 2006, a luxury holiday apartment was realized in part of the former mill "De Voorzorg". Everything is on the ground floor (ground floor) and can accommodate up to 3 people.

In 2022, the house was renovated with a new laminate floor, new dining area, new garden furniture and garden cushions. The garden house was newly painted in 2023 and equipped with a new roof.

The apartment of approximately 50 m2 is also suitable for the disabled.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining area, internet connection and a full-HD LCD television via fiber optic connection (also German and English channels).

In the living room you will also find a luxurious open kitchen. Here you will find a microwave / oven with induction hob and extractor hood. Furthermore, a large refrigerator and a freezer. There is also a coffee maker (your choice of regular or senseo), kettle, plenty of crockery and a whisper-quiet dishwasher.

There is 1 double bedroom with luxury bed. Furthermore, a single bed (90x200) in a part of the living room separated by a curtain.

In the bathroom you will find a toilet, shower with glass door, vanity unit and a washing machine and dryer.

The windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and the outer door with an extra screen door, so you can easily keep unwanted insects out.

34 solar panels have been installed on the flat roof of the house. These cannot be seen from the garden. The whole property is more than self-sufficient in terms of electricity.

Hot water via a heat pump boiler, and heating via a hybrid heat pump.

From the living room you look out on meadows and forests. In the garden is a garden house with garden furniture. This garden is for guests only, and is not used by others/owner.

In the garden house you can store your bicycles, there is also a socket to charge electric bicycles, in Heino you can rent bicycles.

The owner lives out of sight on the other side of the large property. The other neighbors all more than 150 meters away.

Directly adjacent to the house is the De Colckhof estate of Natuurmonumenten, and adjacent to it the Den Alerdinck estate.

The hiking trails and cycling routes run past the house.

The house is located about 3 kilometers from Heino, 11 kilometers from Zwolle, 10 kilometers from Raalte and about 18 kilometers from Deventer.

In Heino you will find 4 supermarkets (AH, Nettorama, Budgetfood and Aldi).

Within a radius of 10 km from Heino there are about 10 estates. There are also many hiking and cycling routes in the area. You will also find many forests and meadows in the vicinity of Heino, the so-called bocage landscape.

In and around Heino you will find about 5 restaurants, in Zwolle and Raalte there are dozens of restaurants.

There are several museums in the area, such as Het Nijenhuis Castle with a large art collection just outside Heino and the famous "De Fundatie" in Zwolle.

For the children amusement parks in Hellendoorn (20 km) and Slagharen (35 km).

We are Marian and Johan van der Bent. In 1986 we bought the former grain mill The Precaution in the area between Heino and Zwolle. We fell for the beautiful location between the meadows and forest with walking trails on the doorstep. Nice and quiet, yet only a few miles from Heino and Zwolle cycling distance. The building has a capacity of 1200 m3, and since a large part remained unused in 2006 we decided to make it a luxury vacation home.

Around 1908 strike several farmers from the area of ??Heino, Lierderholthuis and Low Zuthem heads together: the private mills were much too expensive. They wanted to come to the creation of its own mill. Thus it was decided and became the "Cooperative grain milling The Precaution" was founded. Subsequently, one of the members bought a piece of land and this was in 1909, the property "The Precaution" built. The name refers to the precaution which had been taken to avoid the high rates of private grain millers. Unfortunately our cloth was not really well and after a few decades, the cooperative went bankrupt. Eventually the property was late twenties bought by a private mill.
