Our Forest Lodge no. 111 is located in a new small-scale park, a unique place between the trees and directly on the forest. Here we offer a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the fresh air and rich greenery. Nijverdal and Hellendoorn are a 5-minute drive away.

The park is still under construction, not all lodges have been placed yet. Guest accessEverything is accessible to guests. Other things to note 50 meters from our lodge you can walk directly into the forest. Beautiful MTB routes are also readily available here.

You can take beautiful walks here, but you can also go directly by bike to discover the beautiful area of the Sallands Heuvelrug.

We are Gosia and Erik. Together with our daughter Elina, we chose the best spot in the park. You can walk straight into the woods from the chalet and from the terrace or bench you can enjoy the view over the meadow. We have furnished the chalet in a rural and attractive way with luxury furniture and mood lighting. The beds (box springs) are from Hotel van der Valk brand and of top quality.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
