The Bakspieker on the Lankheet Estate

Holiday home De Bakspieker on Landgoed het Lankheet is a detached house located in the yard of our monumental farm from 1808. The cottage, renovated in 2022, is suitable for 2 people who are looking for a beautiful place as a base for cycling, hiking, mountain biking or relaxing in the hot tub with a magnificent view over the meadows.
This exclusive cottage is fully equipped and gives a cozy and rural feeling upon entering. The hot tub is at extra cost. This includes fresh water, a limited amount of firewood and the use of 2 luxury bathrobes. There is a wood stove, air conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, senseo, kettle. and small freezer. The spacious bedroom is located on the first floor. There is a luxurious King-size box spring 180x210cm that is electrically adjustable and equipped with exit lighting.
The cottage is close to our farm but has its own entrance and the terrace and hot tub are at the back so you have plenty of privacy. All bath, bed and kitchen linen are provided.

Holiday home De Bakspieker is located in the middle of Landgoed het Lankheet. The nature reserves of the Lankheet, the Witte Veen, the Haaksbergerveen and the Buurserveen are within walking and cycling distance. There are many cycling (junction) routes, horse riding and mountain bike routes in the area. The beautiful junction routes lead you through the beautiful and wooded landscape full of nature, history and culture. From the nature house you can go out by bike or on foot and make endless trips.
There are plenty of eateries in the area that can be reached within cycling and even walking distance. There are plenty of shops and terraces in Haaksbergen. There is also a lot to do around Haaksbergen. There is a sheepfold, you can sail with the Buurserpot, there is an Escape Room, a fun bootcamp route and you can rent E-shoppers. There is also the weekly market every Wednesday morning, there is a railway museum, a petting zoo and an indoor swimming pool. In summer there is a country shop nearby and you can get your fresh vegetables here.
