In this family-friendly holiday home for up to six people, you can drink your cup of coffee or tea with a view of the water while the children play with the toys or games. This holiday home is perfect for those who, together with their loved ones, want to completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy a good book and a nice glass of wine in front of the fireplace, bake a fragrant apple pie in the extensive kitchen or take a relaxed, warm bath. This holiday home is also furnished with families in mind so that everyone can relax here. 🛁🍷
Located in Gramsbergen, you will find plenty of activities for young and old in and near the park. Visit Ponypark City, Plopsa Indoor Coevorden or amusement park Slagharen. Take a look at the park at the indoor playground, go bowling or mini golf and take a dip in the pool. For those seeking peace and quiet, you can enjoy an autumn walk in the Gramsberger Bosje with the dog(s), visit wellness at the nearby Spabron or get on your bike for a ride among the autumnal landscapes. 🍂
Inside you will find everything you need for a carefree stay. With facilities such as a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair, cots, a baby monitor and a fully equipped kitchen, this is the place for a carefree (family) holiday. 👶
From comfortable box spring beds, a wood stove, bathroom with bath and rain shower and many facilities for children. With both the peace and quiet in and around Lodge Lomi and everything there is to do in the area, this is the ideal base for a relaxing and successful holiday. 🤎
🏡 About the holiday home:
- Holiday home on the water for six people.
- Three bedrooms with made-up, comfortable box-spring beds (one double bed and four single beds), Emma toppers and space for baby bed(s).
- A bathroom with rain shower and bath.
- Extensive kitchen with dishwasher and many appliances. Among other things, a hand blender, airfryer and gourmet set.
- Wood stove with wood.
- Large garden with privacy, terrace, dining table, parasol and possibly a fence for the children.
- Child-friendly with a stair gate, Stokke Tripp Trapp with accessories, camping bed, silicone cutlery, buggy, baby monitor, changing mat, toilet reducer and potty.
- Dogs are welcome (maximum 2) and have a lovely place of their own on the dog cushion. The dog(s) please not on the couch and on the bed.
- Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the bedrooms), washing machine, Smart TV, (children's) books, children's toys and (children's) games

You have the whole house and garden on the fish pond to yourself. Check-in is done via the reception at the park.

🌎 The area:
- Located on a holiday park with a heated swimming pool (open all year round), an outdoor pool (open during the summer season), bowling, game hall, indoor playground, sandwich service and various eateries.
- Privacy through hedges and groves on either side of the cottage.
- Within walking distance of the Gramsberger Bosje.
- Only 1.1 km from Gramsbergen and 7.1 km from Hardenberg.
- Have lunch or drinks at Beer Brewery Mommeriete in Gramsbergen and enjoy dinner in the evening at Restaurant Zaut in Hardenberg.
- For the little ones, amusement park Slagharen (14 min drive), Plopsa Indoor Coevorden (15 min drive) and Ponypark City (12 min drive) are fun to visit.
- Personal favorite Eva: The medium-sized wellness Spabron is 17 minutes away by car.
- Personal favorite Niels: Cross the border by bike, boat or car to Germany and visit the village of Laar, for example. Of course, don't forget the Kaffee und Kuchen there!
