🏡 Huize Kroezzz – enjoy peace, nature and Twente cosiness
Welcome to Huize Kroezzz – an attractive holiday home in the outskirts of Goor, in the middle of the green heart of Twente.
The house is located on a spacious yard of one hectare where we, Roy and Simone Kroeze, also live with our children, dogs and chickens. A place where life outside still feels real like outside: birds chirping in the morning, a cup of coffee in the sun and a crackling fire in the wood stove in the evening.
The holiday home is located in a former barn from 1935, which was converted into a house in the 70s. This gives the house an authentic and vintage look, with a cozy atmosphere and all the basic comfort you need for a relaxing stay.
✨ Layout & facilities
The house is suitable for up to 6 people and is fully equipped.
You have a cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area, dining area and a wood stove for the cold evenings.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle.
There are three bedrooms:
One bedroom with a double bed and a cot (ideal for a young family).
Two smaller bedrooms with a trundle bed, which can easily be converted into a double bed.
The bathroom has a charming vintage style, with shower, sink and toilet.
In the utility room there is a washing machine, handy for a longer stay.
Bed linen and towels are included, so you don't have to think about that.
🌳 Garden & outdoor living
Around the house you will find an enclosed garden with garden furniture, a small covered terrace and plenty of privacy.
Here you can sit outside, read a book in the sun or eat together.
A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal – ideal for a summer evening with a good glass of wine.
The holiday home is separate from our own home, so you really have your own place and privacy.
Still, we are close by if you have any questions or want tips about the area.
🐾 Dogs are more than welcome
Dogs are very welcome at Huize Kroezzz!
Chickens run loose in our yard, so we ask you to keep the dog on a leash when you walk out of the yard.
Afterwards he can walk freely along the canal or play in the off-leash area in the Deldense Bos.
In hot weather, the dog can even cool off in the water.
🎣 Fishing, walking & exploring
Directly behind the yard is the canal, where you can fish (with fishing license) or walk in peace.
For the sporty angler, there is the trout pond in Diepenheim a 10-minute drive away – a beautiful place in the middle of nature.
The area offers endless cycling routes and hiking trails through the Twente landscape.
