In a beautiful, quiet location in the middle of the forest is our lovely cottage, suitable for 5 people and fully equipped.

The cottage is located on Bungalow Park 't Giethmenseveld, which is located in the middle of the woods at the foot of the Lemelerberg and the Archemerberg and about 6 kilometers from the cozy town of Ommen. There are various facilities at the park, such as a reception (for a newspaper, eggs and freshly baked croissants), an open-air swimming pool, a tennis court and an adventure playground.

Hiking, (mountain) biking, horseback riding, lighting a fire, shopping; The possibilities are endless in the area. It is with great pleasure that we welcome guests who - just like us - embrace nature and are kind to our cottage.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
