The house has a spacious outdoor terrace and all the comforts for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor you will find an open living room with sitting area, a large dining table, workplace and a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee capsule machine, oven and dishwasher.
Downstairs is the first bedroom with a double bed, as well as a hallway with two toilets and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two double beds, a single bed and a cot. The third bedroom can be reached by walking through the second bedroom.
This nature house is located in a yard in the quiet outskirts of Denekamp, directly on the German border.
From this idyllic spot you have a view over meadows and corn fields and within five minutes you are in the middle of the forest.
There are plenty of walking and cycling routes, including along the Singraven estate and through nature reserves such as 't Springendal and the Bergvennen. Also visit the picturesque villages of De Lutte and Vasse. The art city of Ootmarsum, the cozy Oldenzaal and the German Nordhorn are also a short distance away.
In the area you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, a zoo, a large swimming paradise and the Hennie Kuijper Museum.
