The Bosrand 55 was renovated in 2022. The bathroom and toilet have been completely renovated.
There is a garden shed (10 mx 4 m) with a roof and a fireplace . Electric bicycles can be stored and charged in this garden shed.
The renovated garden with automatic watering and a mowing robot and new walkways has been realized.

De Bosrand 55 is located on the holiday park "Baveldsdennen" in twente, between the German border and the places Denekamp, tilligte and the picturesque Ootmarsum.
The house has central heating and is located on a total area of 1050 m2.
This house offers you a lot of privacy and gives you the feeling of being completely one with nature, because there are many birds, squirrels and rabbits in the garden.

I have been the owner of De Bosrand 55 since 2017. This luxurious holiday home with a beautiful garden and many terraces was thoroughly renovated in the spring of 2022. The Bosrand 55 is suitable for max. 5 people to relax and enjoy a nice holiday.

The Bosrand 55 is also suitable for a longer period, because there is a washing machine with a dryer condenser dryer, both from the Zanussi brand.
