het Assenhoekje

The Assenhoekje is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space and the necessary tranquility. The summer house is in the landlord's yard and gives you a beautiful view over the meadows where the cows graze in the summer. It can accommodate 5 adults. On the first floor you will find two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has 2 single beds (box spring) and a chest of drawers. The other bedroom has 3 single beds (box spring). The bathroom on this floor has a heated floor, a rain shower, toilet and a sink. On the ground floor you will find a separate toilet, a bathroom with heated floor, rain shower and sink and the living room and kitchen. You can walk straight to your own terrace through the patio doors in the kitchen. Here is a large wooden table with six wicker chairs. We hope that you will spend a lot of time there to relax while enjoying a drink or a homemade dinner on the BBQ that is available.

NATURE
The summer house is located at the end of a dead end road in the middle of the meadows where the cows graze and many meadow birds can be admired. So you will not be bothered by traffic. The cottage is located about four kilometers from the beautiful & cozy village of Den Ham, where there is plenty to do in the summer for young and old. Den Ham borders the Earlierbos where many beautiful walking and cycling routes have been mapped out (steep bank, sahara, Eerde castle). But the Lemeleberg, the Sallandse Heuvelrug and Engbertsdijkvenen are also recommended to see and are a short distance from Den Ham. In addition to a wooded area, you will also find plenty of water near Den Ham (Bekke, Regge, Vecht). Along the water you will find beautiful places to view, but also to fish. Swimming is also possible. Den Ham has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool "de Groene Jager" with two slides and a beautiful lawn for sunbathing and playing.
