You will stay in a spacious guesthouse in a beautiful place with very nice energy in the outskirts of the municipality of Hardenberg. This guesthouse is located in the middle of the lovely Vechtdal in Overijssel and the vast peat landscape of magical Drenthe.

This is a lovely all-season guesthouse with plenty of space; For the peace seeker, the hiker or cyclist. In our 'back house' we have realized an independent guest house of 90 m2 with a bright, attractive living-dining room with two bedrooms above (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and toilet, fully heated outside the summer with a large Tigchel wood stove.
You have your own private terrace on the SW completely at your disposal. The beds are made and towels are ready for you. Coffee and tea are also free to use. Late check-out is possible.

The optional jacuzzi and sauna are located in a separate wellness area of the large garden. If you are ready for more relaxation, you can also book a relaxation massage or a relaxation session with singing bowls on location.

The price includes wood for the stove, coffee, tea, (bath) towels, kitchen linen for washing dishes, beds made, final cleaning and a nice surprise.

We are Martine and Jeroen, together with Koen, Eva and our two cats, we have been living in De Krim since 2021.
How did we end up here? Well, that's quite a special story. The huge maple with its 7 trunks, has enchanted us. We immediately fell in love with this garden and house on the first viewing.
At "De Verbinderij" we want to connect people and services, as the name suggests, offer the space to "undo" yourself through awareness and relaxation.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

• If cancelled within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
• In case of cancellation up to the 14th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the travel sum.
• In case of cancellation from the 14th to the 7th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the travel sum.
• In case of cancellation from the 7th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the travel sum.
• In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum.
