Beautiful mobile home with 2 bedrooms and (new) kitchen from November 2022. Unobstructed view over the water. Close to Plopsaland and Slagharen amusement park. But also for beautiful cycling routes in Drenthe.
The mobile home has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with gas hob, built-in refrigerator, dishwasher and combination microwave. Private toilet and (small) shower. There is also a playing field. You should not expect too much luxury.

We are Annette and Mike. We have 2 children. Drenthe is beautiful. We live here with pleasure. There is a lot to do and we have no traffic jams. Drenthe is also a paradise for cyclists.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
informs you that you will no longer use the rented property
he owes the full rental price.
