Extraordinary Beerze

An exceptionally cozy and attractive holiday home! It is located in an environment surrounded by nature and yet close to one of the oldest Hanseatic cities in Overijssel. The cottage has a spacious enclosed garden. Even during the colder evenings, it is wonderful to stay inside because of the warmth of the pellet stove.

Buitengewoon is located on a small-scale campsite without facilities, purely a place for peace and quiet and the surroundings.

The cottage is about 45 m2 and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bathroom has a rain and hand shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. There are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with two single beds. The living room has a sofa, a smart TV to stream via your device (chromecast), a dining table, a reading corner and a pellet stove. In the ottoman you will find all kinds of games and in bedroom 2 there are some toys. 

Next to the shed you will find a surfboard that you can use on the nearby river Vecht. Under the canopy you can enjoy the dining table or hanging chair, watching and listening to the many birds. For example, to the nuthatches that are currently nesting in our nesting boxes and with a bit of luck the squirrels will also appear for a while. In addition, there is a terrace in the garden with a garden set.

The little ones have also been thought of with a playground that has been installed this year with a climbing house, swing, climbing ladder and slide. All this is safe on soft artificial grass.
