FOR RENT DETACHED RURAL 4 PERSON PRIVATE HOLIDAY HOME rural and quietly located on a large PRIVATE site in the Overijssels Vechtdal in the hamlet of Schuinesloot, municipality of Hardenberg. 

THE HOUSE IS COMPLETELY FREE ON  A LARGE PRIVATE PROPERTY. 

It is a very special place, near centuries-old trees and with completely unobstructed views over farmlands, an oak avenue and a large frog pool. 

Around the house is a lot of private space, a large garden on the south side and a covered furnished terrace. 

The nearby area is ideal for walking and cycling, including in the Overijssels Vechtdal, an abundant green, wooded and quiet area. 

Around the house is a lot of private space and there are sheep, ponies, horses and goats. 

Drenthe and Germany (both can be reached by car in 20 minutes) are also beautiful walking and cycling areas where you can fully enjoy the peace and nature.
There are extensive walking and cycling routes in the bungalow from all areas.

Cozy cities that are easy to reach include: Hardenberg, Zwolle, Hoogeveen and Ommen.
In the vicinity are several heated swimming pools, an extensive sauna center.

The area is ideal for various activities, but you can also enjoy peace and privacy, especially in and around the bungalow.
A place where nature lovers can indulge themselves.

The house is equipped with every comfort, attractively furnished and offers space for 4 adults.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, grill, coffee maker, kettle, Senseo, high chair, dining area and patio doors to the covered terrace.

The spacious cozy living room has a sitting area with digital cable T.V. (HD TV 40 inch/100cm) and radio, CD and DVD player and a bookcase with various books and games. In the far corner of the L-shaped living room is a double bed that can be separated from the rest of the room by means of a curtain.
There is also 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds.  
 
A good free wireless  fiber optic internet (WIFI) is available throughout the house.

The modern spacious bathroom has a bath, separate shower, sink and toilet.

There is a storage room / hall with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing board, iron and drying rack. The beds are equipped with duvets (1 double duvet and 2 single duvets) and pillows.
You must provide your own linen such as duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases, towels and kitchen linen. In consultation it is possible to rent linen.

The bungalow is heated by central heating and is well insulated and therefore excellent for every season.

There is a bus stop 300 metres away and there is a private car park.

The bungalow is cleaned by us and we can assure you with certainty that you will spend your holiday in a well maintained and a clean bungalow. 

A maximum of 1 dog per stay is welcome.
Your dog must be free of fleas and have its own place to sleep, not on sofas or beds.
Your dog is very welcome, but if you want to leave the dog alone in the house, your pet must stay in its own well-locked crate.

The garden is fully fenced.
