Spend your holiday on a private estate in Overijssel, a unique place for lovers of nature, tranquility and architecture. 

The family house is located on an estate of 10 hectares of forests, heaths and fens, via an unpaved forest path you reach the yard with a few buildings around a green. With the Twickel estate as its closest neighbor , it is wonderfully peaceful and quiet.

Once founded in 1938 as a country estate, the characteristic buildings are designed in the style of English cottages. One of these is your holiday home, which has now been adapted to contemporary comfort. The hospitable owner lives and works on site and is happy to tell you about the history of this heathland and give tips about the area.

The Play Forest is very popular with both children and adults. A swimming pond, playground, tennis court/ball cage for five ball games and climbing course with zip line (supervised and for a fee) are at your disposal. A great place where young and old can push their limits . 
 
There are 4 buildings in the yard, of which the holiday home (the House) is one of them, which has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 14 people. The adjacent Kapschuur (8 people) can be rented so that you can enjoy your holiday with 22 people . The other buildings are the owner's living and working domain. There is more than enough privacy. 

The house has a cozy living room and large kitchen with extensive appliances (including 11 gas burners, 3 ovens, fast dishwasher, Quooker and coffee and espresso machines). With 3 terraces, there is always a place outside.

The Kapschuur has 4 bunk beds for 8 people. You can rent this per bed if you are with more than 14 people. An adventurous place for big kids.

You rent the house (14 persons) as a basis. From 15-22 people you can rent the beds in the Kapschuur (on request). The Kapschuur is not rented separately. The location is rented exclusively to families .
