The holiday home is located on the way to the village of Stoumont, along the road to Stoumont. With a heated swimming pool , sauna , fully enclosed 'backyard' with mini waterfall and many sports and games facilities, it is a wonderful family home to spend your holiday. With billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, chess table, outdoor fitness and outdoor games you will run out of time. The villa is tastefully decorated with works of art. You will quickly feel at home here and children can play to their heart's content in the enormous garden and the adjacent forest.

This villa is special in many ways: a private swimming pool (heated with a heat pump) with outdoor shower, mini waterfall and 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and many attractive sitting areas in and around the house. The house is only rented as a family.

Living room with closed fireplace (wood can be ordered when booking and is subject to payment) and long dining table. The living room flows into a conservatory with lots of light through the large windows and a comfortable seating area with TV and beautiful views of the garden and forests. Hunting room with sitting area, fireplace and TV/DVD.
Separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob (4 burner), oven, microwave, coffee maker (rapid filter machine including filters), Senseo (bring your own cups) and Nespresso machine (bring your own cups), kettle, dishwasher, ice maker and wine refrigerator.

- Spa is about a 10-minute drive away, where you can still experience the grandeur of the chic spa town of yesteryear. The thermal baths have been restored to their former glory. You will also find excellent restaurants and a casino here
- Spa is also known for Formula 1 and the 24-hour race on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
