The house is located on the Bergvliet estate with an 18-hole golf course and a wellness resort Spa One.
The large glass front at the front offers a view of the golf course, from the house you can make beautiful walking or cycling trips. There are several terraces at the house.
And do you want to do something active? A visit to the Burgundian city of Breda, the Efteling or a boat trip in the Biesbosch National Park offer a nice change.
You enter the house through a key safe.
The entire house has a cast floor with underfloor heating.
Ground floor
Entrance with wardrobe and toilet.
The living room has a modern design with modern furniture such as a lovely lounge sofa, fireplace, widescreen TV and music system.
The glass front at the front and back provides a lot of light. Natural sun protection provides privacy. There are bags of firewood ready for the fireplace in the house (for a fee, wood from the forest is not allowed!).
Open kitchen with concrete worktop, 4 gas burners, large fridge with freezer, microwave/oven, Nespresso machine (bring your own cups) and Quooker. Dining table with 4 chairs.
Floor -1
Via a staircase down (open steps, railing on the wall side) you reach the bedrooms. The staircase is lockable in the living room.
Master bedroom with double bed, safe and closet space.
Open bathroom with bath, double sink and shower/Turkish steam bath.
Bedroom with twin beds (single mattresses and duvets) and closet space.
Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet.
Storage room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside
Through the living room you reach the terrace (partly bordered by an open fence with steel wire) with 2 sun loungers, dining table and chairs.
Through the master bedroom downstairs you reach another terrace with 2 sun loungers and a lounge set. Here is also a concrete outdoor (bath) bath and a wood-fired hot tub (wood against payment).
An external staircase connects both terraces.
Only electric barbecue allowed (bring your own).
Due to the open stairs and a partially open fence on one of the terraces, the house is not suitable for small children.
Particularities
Next to the Concrete Forest House is the Steel Forest House, a modern house made of Cortens steel, and the Wooden Forest House. Each house is on its own plot and is for 4 people.
For reasons of tranquility, the house is not rented to young people < 30 years. This location may not be used for parties, film and video recordings or other commercial purposes without consultation. In case of violation, a fine of € 3000 per day will be charged.
